Goal setting used to be something that I was horrible at. My goals were always so unreasonable and irrelevant to the situations I was in. As I've gotten older, my goal setting skills have grown with me and no I've set some SMART goals 1. Finish upgrading my high school credits 2. Get into the cardiovascular technology program at Mohawk 3. Get my licence 4. Become healthier 5. Be truer to myself |
